摘要:

在骨早期发育过程中,尤其在胚胎发育过程中,组织低氧微环境对维持细胞分化能力具有重要作用。在骨形成后,手术、创伤及炎症等造成的局部低氧微环境对骨改建具有重要影响。成骨细胞、成软骨细胞及破骨细胞等骨系细胞的前体细胞均属于氧感应细胞,参与骨形成及骨改建的关键环节。作为对局部氧环境进行感受和应答的核心分子,低氧诱导因子-1α(hypoxia inducible factor-1α,HIF-1α)在骨形成及骨改建中的作用值得深入探讨。本文就HIF-1α与骨改建关系的研究现状作一综述。

Abstract:

During the early development of bone, especially during embryonic development, tissue hypoxic microenvironment plays an important role in maintaining the ability of cell differentiation. After bone formation, local hypoxic microenvironment caused by surgery, trauma and inflammation has an important influence on bone remodeling. Studies have shown that the precursor cells of osteoblasts, chondroblasts and osteoclasts belong to oxygen sensing cells, which are involved in the key links of bone formation and bone remodeling. As a core molecule for sensing and responding to local oxygen environment, the role of hypoxia inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) in bone formation and bone remodeling is worth further investigation. This review concentrates on the relationship between HIF-1α and bone remodeling.
